Xin Song, Post-Doc

I have a background of thermoelectric materials, particularly on intermetallics, from my master thesis on syntheses and structural characterization, till my Ph.D thesis on transport properties. My interests are in semiconductor transport, defects engineering.

Henrik Riis, PhD Candidate

I work with intermetallic compounds with a focus on stability and structural characterization of interfaces. My background is in nanotechnology and nanomaterials from NTNU where I did my Master thesis on structural characterization of nanocomposites.

Raphael Schuler, PhD Candidate

My background is in solid state chemistry where I hold a Master's degree from ETH-Zürich on ion conducting oxides. My studies in the field of thermoelectrics now focus on new conducting oxides, phase stability and structure property relations.

Reshma Krishnan Madathil, PhD Candidate

Oxide thermoelectric materials for high temperature industrial applications.

Aims to study electrical properties and stability of non-noble-metal ohmic contacts at the interfaces, structure studies on n- and p-type oxide material at the junction, oxidation and degradation of alloy thermoelectrics and additive ceramics manufacturing (e.g. 3D printing of oxide modules).
