Oxygen complexes in solar silicon (OxSil) (completed)

About the project

The primary objective of OxSil is to establish a consistent picture of electronic properties and interaction kinetics of crucial oxygen-related complexes in solar silicon.
In order to achieve this, we need to establish:
- kinetics of O_n and VO_n complexes
- electronic levels and kinetics of V₂O₂ and V₂O₃
- kinetics of IO₂ and CiO₂
- electronic levels and kinetics of BiO₂
