PharmaSafe collaborator Dr. Michael Twigg from the University of East Anglia (UEA), who visited us for two weeks in September 2015 has just published a new article in the International Journal of Clinical Pharmacy.
The article shows that pregnant women overestimate the risks of taking over the counter and prescribed medication and thus many women choose not to medicate common pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, heartburn and aches and pains.
