Academic Interests

My main focus is research on regulation of energy metabolism in mainly human skeletal muscle cells to better understand the pathophysiology of type 2 diabetes and obesity. 

Teaching

I mainly do my teaching in anatomy, physiology and pharmacology in bachelor and master courses.
