Problems and tweaks
1. The computer screen is not showing. Solutions:
i) press 'Fast PC' and wait 5 seconds,
ii) press 'Bilde Mute', then press 'Fast PC' and wait 5 seconds
iii) press 'Forelesning', then press 'Høyre prosjektør' -> 'Fast PC' and wait until the screen shows, then press 'Videokonferanse'. Repeat i) and ii) if nothing happens after 5 seconds
iv) on occation, the only solution is a restart of the system. Hang up the connection, then turn off the system, wait 30 seconds, then start up and try again
2. The camera is not showing. A bit more tricky. Solutions:
v) a restart is typically the best option here - see point iv) above
vi) a few times the connections are poor. Typically related to the device with channels 1-4 (with red lights, inside the large black cabinet). Push all of cables into this device, turn the device off and on, and then restart the videoconference system - may possibly work
