I'm a programmer, bioinformatician, and a PhD candidate at the "RNA Biology and translational regulation" group. My work focuses on RNA biology and nanopore sequencing.
I've obtained a master's degree in bioinformatics at University of Milan and Politecnico di Milano and worked as a researcher in Francesco Nicassio's group at the Italian Institute of Technology, developing software for detecting RNA modifications using nanopore sequencing.
