New face: Rong Fan

Fan Rong is a PhD candidate at Beijing Forestry University in China. She joins the AQUA group at the University of Oslo as a guest researcher. Her research focuses on the habitat selection and spatiotemporal distribution patterns of endangered birds, using spatial analysis and species distribution modelling. At UiO, she will take part in the BioM project to explore biodiversity monitoring under uncertainty.
