Academic interests
During my studies I developed a strong interest in epigenetics and how epigenetic modifications are regulated in the cell. During my masters I performed a research project in the EVOGENE group to investigate genomic imprinting of several MADS-Box transcription factors.
For my PhD I continue to work in the field of genomic imprinting and I am working on understanding the role of genomic imprinting using both a forward and reverse genetics screen.
