Background
I am a head engineer at Section for Aquatic Biology and Toxicology (AQUA) at the Department of Biosciences (IBV). I obtained my PhD degree in Marine Biology in 2017 at Roskilde University, Denmark. I have experiences working with different aquatic organisms in the laboratory; analysing different environmental, bio-ecological parameters; working in the field for monitoring and collecting environmental samples and organisms for biological, ecological and toxicological experiments.
Current activities
- Daily operation (e.g. HSE) and maintenance of laboratories, equipment and field instrumentation
- Operating different cultures (such as algae, copepods, springtails)
- Assisting in setting up and conducting laboratory and field experiments
- Assisting in field courses and cruise activities
