Academic Interests
My research interests focus on the ways organizations and organizing adapt and evolve for sustainability, through digital transformation, digital innovation, and platform ecosystems, along with the associated strategizing and resulting strategies. Theoretically, I primarily use practice theory. I conduct qualitative research predominantly in industrial contexts, such as platform ecosystems within the Oil & Gas sector and simulations employed in the Maritime industry.
Leadership
I serve as head of section for the Digital Organising group and has been the Head of the Executive Master's Program in Digitalization and Management
