Smart locks are not only used by large companies and universities, but more and more also in private homes. There are many advantages like withdrawing lost "keys" of children or temporary access to your home (e.g. when renting via AirBnB). However, flaws in these locks (which are included like in every other software system) represent a crucial security threat to the assets in your home or organization.
The task of this thesis is the evaluation of existing smart lock solutions. Further, a system shall be implemented allowing authentication with smartcards and smartphones or even smartwatches.
