Academic interests
I investigate how the chemical environment shapes the structure and reactivity of transition-metal complexes in solution, with emphasis on solvent, salts and aggregation effects. My expertise spans molecular modelling approaches, including static DFT, ab initio molecular dynamics and machine-learned potentials. My goal is to develop systematic strategies to unravel how chemical environment factors govern the activation and deactivation of organometallic catalysts in industrial ly relevant media.
