Academic interests

I am interested in various aspects of quantum mechanics in general, and many-body systems in particular. I am also interested in numerical methods that can be used to solve problems in many-body quantum mechanics, with a particular focus on time evolution, as well as quantum computing.

My main interests are:
- Quantum computing
- Coupled Cluster theory
- Machine Learning
- Time evolution of the many-body wave function
- Eigenvector Continuation

Courses taught

In 2022, I was a teaching assistant in KJM5600 and KJM1101.
In 2023, I am a teaching assistant in KJM3310/KJM4310 (spring) and KJM2601 (autumn).

Background

I have a master's degree in Computational Science: Chemistry from the University of Oslo. I wrote my master's thesis about Eigenvector Continuation in quantum chemistry, focusing particularly on CC-theory and quantum computing.

Prizes

Prize for the best master thesis at the Department of Chemistry, University of Oslo, 2022.
