For first time users we will charge you for the time it takes to assist you in getting organized, registration and instructions in local procedures, etc. For laboratory workspace the minimum time billed for this is 7,5 hours, more if required based on the work you are going to perform.

Description of services:
You rent a workspace in a professionally managed radiation laboratory. Radiation protection management and supervision is included. A broad range of radiation detectors is available (separate rental agreement - "Leiested").
About the radiation laboratories and equipment
The laboratories is part ot Nuclear Chemistry at the Chemistry Department at UiO. Physically the laboratories is located in the old Chemistry Building at Blindern Campus.
Nuclear Chemistry, and our laboratores, are part of the Norwegian Nuclear Research Center ("Nukleærsenteret") which is managed by the Department of Physics. Read more about the Center here.
