In this project, the emphasis is on creating career-enhancing activities specifically designed for researcher positions (position code 1108, 1109, 1183). The goal is to build a solid foundation and encourage a self-driven strategic approach to career planning both inside and outside academia.
The design and scope of these activities will be based on findings from the knowledge-gathering efforts through a survey and input from the projects Resource Group. The first event was held on the 20th of November 2024.
We are collaborating with the career development team in the central administration at the University of Oslo (UiO). The outcomes will provide a foundation for developing initiatives targeted at all academic environments within UiO.
