How is gender equality progressing in science and technology? The book 'Gender Equality in Academia – from Knowledge to Change' presents the results from the FRONT project (2015-2022). The researchers have examined the state of gender equality at the faculty, explored the causes of inequality, and investigated what happens when measures to promote gender equality are implemented.
