At this meeting, all students who take courses or study programmes at the Department of Physics at UiO have voting rights and can present themselves as candidates. As a member of FFU, you have the opportunity to affect the everyday student environment at the Department of Physics and utilize Lille Fysiske Lesesal (Lillefy). We'd like motivated students who want to do something for the student- and professional environment at UiO. The purpose of FFU is to safeguard and promote the interests of the students at the Department of Physics in accordance with the management of the Department, the faculty and the University in Oslo as a whole. The union (FFU) is a student organization by students and for students at the Department of Physics.

Suggestions to a new section of statutes in the FFU statutes:
VIII. Etikk og sanksjoner
§13.1 Fagutvalget skal så langt det er mulig vurdere miljømessige og etiske hensyn i planleggingen av aktiviteter. Skjer kritikkverdigeforhold i fagutvalget eller under fagutvalgets arrangementer så kan dette varsles i henhold til varslingsrutiner. Behandling av brudd på etiske retningslinjer skal behandles av leder og utnevnte medlemmer av styre.
§13.2 Fagutvalget skal ha en oppdatert varslingsplakat, varslingsrutiner og etiske retningslinjer som alle medlemmer skal være kjent med.
§13.3 Ved brudd på norsk lov, fagutvalgets vedtekter eller retningslinjer kan styret ilegge sanksjoner mot det aktuelle medlemmet. Sanksjoner kan inkludere, men er ikke begrenset til, advarsler, midlertidig suspensjon av medlemsrettigheter, eller i alvorlige tilfeller, eksklusjon fra fagutvalget. Alle sanksjoner skal besluttes av styret med et kvalifisert flertall på minst to tredjedeler.
§13.4 Vedtak av sanksjoner kan ankes til styret for ny behandling av saken.
