At the conference, Simon Elias Schrader presented a poster on Rothe’s method for computing quantum-mechanical time evolution, with applications to the high-harmonic generation (HHG) spectrum of the hydrogen atom and two- and four-dimensional vibrational dynamics in the Henon-Heiles model potential. Rothe’s method was also a key topic in the invited presentation by Thomas Bondo Pedersen on the key challenges of time-dependent coupled cluster theory in describing the correlated quantum dynamics of electrons driven by attosecond laser pulses.

Date of presentation: September 24, 2024 at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, Tübingen, Germany.
