KUPP3 – Workshop on career development for young researchers

KUPP3 was organized by Trygve Helgaker, Thomas Bondo Pedersen, Olaug Kristine Bringager, and Jan Ingar Johnsen from the Hylleraas Centre with assistance from Ragnhild Eskeland from CanCell, Ragnhild Brøvig from RITMO, and Else-Marie Lingaas from the central administration at the University of Oslo. 

Transfer of knowledge and sharing experiences were important components of the workshop, which had a balanced mixture of lectures and group work within and across the centres. A major component of KUPP3 was outgoing career support, which includes identification of transferable skills. Based on the workshop, a report will be worked out and published on the Hylleraas web page.
