Josefine started at UiT 1st of October as an MSCA postdoctoral fellow.
Josefine has her PhD from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), graduating in 2023. During her time at DTU, she worked with coupled cluster methods for the simulation of linear and nonlinear spectroscopies, electronic and magnetic circular dichroism being examples.
After completing her PhD, she moved on to KTH in Stockholm where she worked as a postdoc in the group of prof. Patrick Norman, developing a method for calculating resonance Raman spectroscopy within the TD-DFT framework.
Josefine now joins the Hylleraas Centre, node UiT, as an MSCA postdoctoral fellow with supervisor Magnus Ringholm. In the project “HOOD – Higher-Order geometric Derivatives”, they will develop methods for simulating advanced vibrational spectroscopies within multi-level coupled cluster theory.
Office: MSCA-PF 2025.
Welcome to the team, Josefine!
