Pia is visiting the Hylleraas Centre from the group of Prof. Jürgen Gauss, Johannes Gutenberg-University in Mainz, Germany for an Erasmus+ internship. During her stay, she will work on integrative modelling of lipopeptides, combining all atom simulations and small-angle scattering techniques. Using these simulations, she will help provide a molecular view on how these molecules self-assemble and how small modifications impact the aggregation and their properties.

The research falls within the scopes of the RCN FRIPRO Early Career grant by Dr. Henrique M. Cezar (APExModel), and of the UiO-LifeScience Convergence grant PERMEATE. The project is in collaboration with Prof. Josefine E. Nielsen at the Pharmacy Institute of UiO.

Stay: 17.08.2026 - three monhts.

Fundig: NFR grant number 361296 (APExModel), UiO-LSB Convergence PERMEATE.
