My master project is a part of the ClimFun project, which investigates the effects of climate change on fungal ecology. In my project, I will find out if there is a correlation between the changing environment and host specification of wood-decay fungi in the UK. Using spatial statistical analysis of fungal datasets, I hope to describe the ecological trends occurring between 1970-2010. This will improve our understanding of climate change effects on fungi.
