Information for PhD Candidates

On this page, you will find information regarding your study, from the preparation of your documents, until you settle in as a student in the HISP research group, at IFI, UiO.

In addition, we will keep you up to date with some of the upcoming faculty-led and student-led sessions organised for you this semester. These sessions will cover topics that you have suggested in relation with ongoing PhD work.

This is a live document for PhD candidates joining the Health Information System Program (HISP) Research group at UiO. The document is populated by current PhD candidates with information according to their own experiences. Where possible, useful links have been added. In case of doubt regarding information that may not apply to you as a full-time / part-time employee / student, please ask a peer or your supervisor for more information.
