INF4820 - Algorithms for artificial intelligence and natural language processing

Course level

The students rated the level of the course as OK to difficult. The work load in proportion to the number of credits achieved is evaluated by the participants to be OK.

Lectures and group tuition

The respondents evaluated both the quality of the lectures and the lecture's relevance and usefulness in regard to relaying what you need to learn to very good. The quality of the group tuition as a whole is by most students considered to be very good. In general, the assessment of the educational offer is mostly evaluated to be very good.

Mandatory assignments and final exam

The evaluation of the difficulty level of the obligatory assignments varies from OK to high and too high. Regarding the number of the obligatory assignments, the majority of the participants answered OK and high. The students evaluated the difficulty level of the final examination as OK to high.

There was too much work to do for the four hours alotted for the final exam, but the difficulty seemes just about right. Remove any of the 5 questons or give us one more hour and it woudld give us more hour and it would have been perfect.

Veldig god til å forklare. Villig til å gjøre ekstra, som quizzer i forelesningen, en egen facebook side, og poster ekstra linker på kurssiden for de som er ekstra interessert.

Veldig lite pensum. Har hatt mye av pensumet i tidligere fag. Tror andre studenter fra prognett har hatt absolutt i andre INF fag.
