Summary:

In general the respondents found this course to be Very good. Most students rate the difficulty as being OK or Difficult, and the workload as being OK. Both the quality of the lectures, and their relevance and usefulness, is regarded as Very good.

The participants expressed that the lectures were interesting and informative, and relevant for the assignments. However, some of the students felt the assignments often had vague guidelines, and that it took too long to get points and feedback.

These assignments have been very demanding and hard to solve, but fun and rewarding all the way.

The tutors should get more resources so we get feedback on an assignment well before the next is due.

Very good mandatory assignments. Interesting and fun exercises with an appropriate difficulty. And the setup of letting the mandatory assignments determine whether or not a student passes the course works very well for a course like this where practical problem solving is in focus.

Obligene manglet ofte en del avklaringer, noe som gjorde det slitsomt å jobbe med dem. Jeg synes bruken av piazza har vært veldig hjelpsom, men dumt at man blir “avhengig” av å sjekke der daglig for å løse obligene på riktig måte. Det burde vært avklart i oppgaveteksten.
