Oppsummering:

The majority of the respondents rated the course as Exceptionally good. Most of the students found the difficulty level of the course to be Appropriate, with some finding it Difficult. Most students found the amount of work required to be Appropriate, with some thinking the number of mandatory assignments was Many. The lectures solely received Very good and Exceptionally good ratings. The evaluation of the group tuition ranged from Neither good nor bad to Exceptionally good, with a majority regarding them as something in between. Most of the students considered the mandatory assignments essential to their learning outcome. The difficulty level of the assignments was regarded as Appropriate and High and the vast majority of students found the number of assignments to be Appropriate.

The overall impression of the course was very good. It was regarded as interesting and educational, as well as practical and useful for the real world. Many students emphasized feeling like better programmers after completing the course. The students found the lectures interesting and well organised. The teacher was also perceived as very skillful, with the ability to engage the students. Some students found that the mandatory assignments could be better phrased and found that the time taken to correct the assignments was too long.

The content is up to date and useful and the subject is heavily hand-on oriented, which I think is very good.

Utrolig dyktig, flink til å formidle. Han har klart å finne en forelesningsform som fungerer bra i et fag som i aller høyeste grad er praktisk og programmeringsrettet med mange eksempler og live demonstrasjoner av konsepter og funksjonalitet. Stoler på at studentene klarer å sette seg inn i dokumentasjon og kodestil, og uttrykker viktigheten av dette.

Bestått/ikke bestått evaluering. Gode obligatoriske innleveringer. Peer review gjennom latex og github var bra.

Av og til litt tunge obliger, oblig 6 midt i eksamenstiden (min), av og til vanskelig å forstå (complex Numbers)
