Summary:

The course has been evaluated by the students as mostly Somewhat good with an Appropriate difficulty level and amount of work required. The course has both a take-home exam and a final exam which is considered to have Appropriate to High difficulty by the respondents.

The students consider the strengths of the course to be that it’s practical oriented, has a good lecturer and exams which are both take-home exam and final exam. Aspects of the course the students think should be improved are less use of slides and more use of literature and elaboration, less tools to complete the mandatory assignments and better feedback.

Quotes:

It was an interesting course with a good lecturer, but I don’t see model driven development as something that will take hold in the current environment, meaning most of the material learned will not apply in real life.
Should have more about pro and cons of the use of different models against programming. Should have used more literature to read not only powerpoint. Less clicking in tools.
I really like the lecturer, because he seemed interested and knowledgeable in what he was talking about. The only real downside about the lectures were the slides. They could have been fewer and simpler.
[…] the mandatory assignment requires you to learn a lot of niche tools. Not enough info on thingml to be able to work effectively with thingml.

About the course evaluation
