David Quist from Norwegian Mycelium will give a talk as part of the Oslo Mycology Group seminar series. David Andrew Quist is a trained fungal biologist who has spent the majority of his career grappling with the role of science and technology in creating a more sustainable food system. David has an interesting journey from science to policy to restaurants and back to science again, and he will offer a vision for a more sustainable and resilient future from the untapped potential of the microbial world.
