Faglige interesser
I started my PhD in September 2019 in the research groups of Rafal Ciosk and Pål Falnes. During my PhD, I will characterize novel molecular mechanisms that regulate translation with an emphasis on the role of methyltransferases in translation. I am using the nematode C. elegans as an experimental model to elucidate how methylation of translation factors affects biological processes under various conditions.
