Gemini Autumn School on Quantum Computation

A three-day school for master and PhD students in physics, mathematics and computer science who would like to learn about quantum computing.

QC

The school is organized by the Gemini center for quantum computing and will consist of series of lectures and talks by leading experts in quantum computing, quantum error correction and quantum information theory.

Lecturers:

  • Ben Brown (IBM Quantum) - Quantum error correction

  • Jens Eisert (Freie Universität Berlin) - Verification and benchmarking

  • Ryan LaRose (Michigan State University) - Quantum computing and quantum algorithms

  • Graeme Smith (University of Colorado at Boulder) - Quantum Shannon theory
