The aims of the seminar series are to:

  • develop your professional competencies
  • support you in achieving your goals with your master studies
  • meet your peers
  • keep you on track to deliver a great thesis!

Along your master's journey, we will cover topics such as study plan, literature search, scientific writing, research data management, presentation strategies, project planning, AI use, and more. The seminars will consist of a combination of lectures, activities, discussions, invited speakers/panels, and socializing.

In this fourth workshop, you will get practical information about submitting your thesis, hear from professors about how they determine your grade, learn techniques to make a good presentation for your oral exam, and get last-minute advice for finishing up. You will also have the opportunity to vent about your stress and cheer each other on towards the finish line. And you will get lunch (but only if you register)!
