Methods used in my lab/group
In vitro reconstitution, in vitro transcription/translation, site-specific-photocrosslinking, simulated-moving-bed chromatography.
My involvement with the MISC project
I hope to make our MISC more international, fully support all the events organized or provided by MISC, including and not limited to receive students as well as sending students abroad to expand their international experiences, can also organize courses or summer schools.

Vaccine design and vaccine adjuvant investigation, virus-like particle based prophylactic vaccines and DNA based therapeutic vaccines
Methods used in my lab/group
Gene cloning, construction of recombinant bacularvirus, protein expression and purification, ultracentrifugation, ELISA, in vitro neutralization assay, in vivo protection efficacy assay.
