AVIII HD 400

The AVIII HD 400 nmr instrument was purchased with new electronics and a pre owned magnet. The shielded AVIII 400 magnet was produced in 2001 and has had a previous life at Astra Zeneca in Södertälje, the AVIII HD 400 console is manufactured in 2015. The installation took place in March 2015.

The instrument is controlled by the software Topspin 3.2 pl4. The instrument is configured with two complete radio channels and deuterium lock channel and is equipped with a BACS 60 sample changer. The instrument is equipped with a 5 mm BBOF probe, ¹H, and an X channel which of course does include ¹³C, ¹⁵N, ¹⁹F and ³¹P observation and decoupling.
