LAMU comprises equal numbers of representatives from the employer and employee sides. In addition, students have observer status with voting rights in matters concerning the learning environment.
The Estates Department, Lower Blindern Operations Area, is represented by one observer. The HSE Coordinator acts as secretary to the committee. The chairmanship of LAMU alternates annually between the employer and employee sides.
