Gjennom innovasjonsprogrammet SPARK Norway som er etablert ved UiO, tar vi ut det beste fra begge sider for å bidra til økt verdiskaping innen livsvitenskap. Hvilke gap fyller SPARK-programmet? Og er dette modell som bør spres til hele Norge?
